Elections for the positions of Local President, Political Action Committee Chair, and Senior High School Member Representative, were held on 2016 April 12 across Local 38.  Ballots had to be received by the Local office prior to 16:30 hours on 2016 April 19 in order to be counted. All positions have terms beginning 2016 July 1, ending 2018 June 30.  After counting, the official results are as follows:
